1) Open Terminal.The default location for this is in /Applications/Utilities/ but if you can’t find it, you can use Spotlight to look for it (look in the blue search bar in the upper right hand corner).

2) Upon opening Terminal, you should see a prompt that looks something like this:

EarthVPN:~ EarthVPN$

Type in the following:

ssh -N -C -D 8080 username@earthvpn_server_address

username is your earthvpn vpn username.
You can find ALL the earthvpn_server_address list : https://www.earthvpn.com/billing/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=57

It will ask for password.Enter your earthvpn vpn password and press enter.If it is successfull you will not get any error message and ssh tunnel should be created.

3) You have to setup your software in order to use socks proxy:
